Sean spent more than 19 years employed with Local Authorities and has now been working as a freelance Revenues & Benefits Consultant since 1999. His range of competencies include Council Tax; Business Rates; Housing & Council Tax Benefits; Fraud & Overpayments; Payroll; Housing Rents; Sundry Debtors & Payment Office functions. Sean is a fully qualified Corporate Member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation (IRRV) since 1985 and is a Past-Chairman of the Wessex Association, serving as an Executive since 1992.
